James Wellbeloved naturally supports your pet's health with natural ingredients. We've been making healthy, complete & balanced cat food since 1992. We believe that the foundation of good health can be found in nature and a hypoallergenic diet, so our food excludes common allergens and has no artificial flavours, colours or antioxidants.
We've taken a handful of nature's nourishing ingredients and combined them with sustainably sourced fish, predominantly ocean white fish dog food. Then, using all our knowledge and experience, we've added all the vitamins and minerals your pet needs to stay happy, healthy and full of life.

When you order online at www.cuddlespetstore.com you have a choice of having your order delivered to you at home or work, or you can collect it in-store at Cuddles Pet Store, Balbriggan, Co Dublin, Ireland.
Order before 4pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch.

Returns
Extended Christmas Returns
We hope your pet loves their Christmas goodies? Don't worry if they don't, items purchased online can be returned in store or by post.
Items bought between 1st November and 24th December 2023 can be returned with your receipt until 15th January 2024 for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition. View our returns policy for more information.
Returns
For easy hassle free returns, we have a 14 day returns policy on any items ordered through our website and returned to us in their original condition.

You can return Items ordered online to the store, please bring your online receipt with you.
Should you wish to exchange your items for an equivalent item, eg clothing in a different size, we will exchange this for you on receipt of the original item.
Normal shipping rates apply to the replacement item.
Where the replacement item is a different price we will either refund the difference or contact you to arrange for a top up payment.
Replacement is subject to availability
Where you wish to return an item for a full refund then we will refund you the amount paid within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Where you wish to return a faulty item the procedure is the same as a refund or exchange. We may also require you to send us a digital photograph of the item for initial assessment.
When an item is found to be faulty or needs to be returned, through an error on our behalf, we will refund the cost of posting it back to us or arrange for courier collection.
Refund, replacement or repair is subject to assessment of fault. This does not affect your statutory rights.
