With our click and collect service at Cuddles Pet Store, you are now able to shop from the entire range, place your order and collect it for free from our store in Balbriggan, Ireland in as little as 1 hour. View our opening hours.
Our click and collect service is perfect for anyone that is shielding, vulnerable or anyone that doesn't feel comfortable coming into store.
Click and Collect Process
- If you do not have an account click Proceed.
- If you have an account enter your email address, click on I have an account, enter your password and click Proceed.
Step 1: Once you have completed your online shop, head on over to your shopping basket.
Step 2: Click on Checkout.
Step 3: Enter your details, billing address, and select I would like to collect my order in store under Collection.
Step 4: You will receive an email with your order details.
Step 5: Once your order is ready we will contact you via email to arange a delivery date.
Note
To avoid upsetting your pets we suggest that you bring along your proof of ID and confirmation email when collecting your order. If someone else is collecting on your behalf then please make sure that they have your proof of ID and confirmation email.
