Check out our Christmas opening hours at Cuddles Pet Store. We are open from 9am till 5pm on Christmas Eve to help you out with any last minute gifts for your pets.
Our opening hours will resume back to normal from the 2nd January onwards.

Christmas Delivery
Orders placed now for delivery will be despatched on the 28th December. Those placed after despatch on the 28th December will be despatched on the 2nd January. Daily despatch will resume from 2nd January. See below for details on Click & Collect for Christmas.
Please note:
Deliveries may take longer than normal and we recommend placing your orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Click & Collect
The last date to pick up your click and collect orders is Sunday 24th December at 3:00pm.
Extended Returns
We hope your pet loves their Christmas goodies? Don't worry if they don't, items purchased online can be returned in store or by post.
Items bought between 1st November and 24th December 2023 can be returned with your receipt until 15th January 2024 for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition. View our returns policy for more information.
